When you support small businesses you're supporting someone to live their life & you're also making them so happy! Quite often business ideas have been hatching for years & are part of people's dreams.

Do you remember those machines you'd sometimes see at train stations?You could type in your name & details & have a business card printed on the spot. I always fancied doing it but never had a business. 

So above is one side of my business card & also a quick video (below) that I took of seeing the first draft of my poster in print. My beautiful friend Cat, helped me enormously with this. I knew the logo, the colour scheme & the wording, but she perfected it & put flourishes on it & worked so hard. I'm so lucky to know such beautiful people.

And if you do, this service is to add to any treatment you may have, not replace it if you need statutory mental health services or other formalised care.
